Rice Aquatics Master Swimmers,

In an ongoing effort to make the recreation center a safe and controlled environment we will be required to enter the facility with a Rice ID card.  All recreation center patrons must swipe their ID upon entering to gain access.  This process will be in effect starting Wednesday, January 13^th.

In order to comply with the recreation center policy all Rice Aquatics Master swimmers will need to go to the RUPD office any weekday between 7am-5pm before January 13^th.  The cost of the ID is $10.  In an effort to meet this policy Rice Aquatics will pay for the ID for any members that get their ID by Monday, January 11^th. 

The recreation center’s policy will be enforced beginning this spring.  A patron without an ID, who is on our roster will be given access one time for free, after that they will need to pay a $5 guest fee.

The RUPD station office is just inside campus at the corner of Stockton and University.  There is RUPD business parking immediately in front of their offices.  They will be in possession of a current Rice Aquatics Masters roster in order to determine your status.  The office is open weekdays 7am-5pm.
